Game crashes when I launch from the exe or Origin

So pretty simple I cannot play Crysis 3. I used my Amazon code to download from origin and the game crashes at startup.

Some things i have tired:
1. Update nvidia drivers. I am running the latest version which is compatible.
2. There are no overclocking tools.
3. My i7 is running stock speeds
4. I have repair the installation via origin.

I did come across this bug in the screenshot below. The crysis screen shows dx10 but I am running dx11. Is there some sort of conflict?

I had this issue last night ... threw a DX... device error nonsense. I rebooted my PC a couple of times ... still blew up. Rebooted one more time, launched C2 ... worked then launched C3 ... all good. No O/C on my rig. I figure it's a Crytek bug.

Bottom line is try try again.

That's odd, it seems like it's trying to launch Crysis 1 instead of Crysis 3.

Could you manually navigate to the Crysis 3 installation folder and running the executable under the bin32 folder?

When I run Crysis 3 directly from the executable I get the same error.

Actually you are right. It is trying to run the original crysis. I thought the game image looked familiar.

I am installing Crysis 3 from the disc now instead of the download.
