Game Crashes when Traveling to Location...

I wanted to see if I could use certain effects for creatures, so I decided to try testing a version of the Mirelurk that is burning. I added an effect to it, which is the flame effect with the modify no actor value instead set and the hostile flag set to nothing. I added this, along with an immunity to fire damage to a new mirelurk and placed it outside Bethesda Ruins. Now, ingame whenever I fast travel to bethesda Ruins the game crashes. Any ideas on how to stop this or an alternative to get the same effect?
