Game crashesfreezesbluescreen after 3 minutes in the game : Fallout 4

I played the game for 12 hours with one harmless crash to desktop, but now it either gives me a bluescreen,crash to desctop or freeze(completely locked so I have to restart manually) after 3 minutes in the game at most. I had the same problem with MGSV,where it either did the same thing a few times then ran flawlessly for a few hours and then start crashing again. It is really annoying and I have no idea what causes it.

I am using the R9 390,FX-8350 and Windows 10.

Did you happen to update your drivers? When I updated my geforce game driver it started giving me bsod while play FO4. Had to roll them back, but still have ctd issues (no blue screen though).

I would just like to say that I have the exact same problem. I played flawlessly for 5 hours straight yesterday/early today. Then suddenly when I tried playing again the screen goes black and freezes the entire computer so that I have to manually reboot it. Now I get the "drivers stopped working" thing aswell. Really frustrating. Seems that something changed withing a 12 hour timefram that totally messed up the game for me. It is utterly unplayable right now. A couple of minutes of play and the computer either freezes or the driver stops working. Running on a GTX 770.
