I'm on a mission called "Mass Fusion" at the Institute and the description says to "Relay to Mass Fusion or inform the brotherhood."

Once I step on the relay, it gives two options: Relaying to Mass Fusion will make you a permanent enemy of the Brotherhood of Steel. Are you sure you wish to proceed? or Do Nothing. I proceeded to use the relay and the game crashes to the PS4 screen:

"An error has occured in the following application with error code (CE-34878-0)" And the game restarts. I checked the game for updates and it's up to date.

So I reloaded an old save and went to inform the Brotherhood instead and the game crashed again when I flew around in the Vertibird helicopter. Looks like I'm stuck and not sure what to do?
