Details: At any point during the Blind Betrayal mission, the game will crash, completely shut down.
After entering Listening Post Brave, at any point, whether picking up an item, talking to Paladin Danse, or opening a door, the game will crash.
Save Corruption
Console: XBox One

Details:
When I save my game, the save is corrupted. I do not power down or quit the game before the save is complete, or do anything that would otherwise compromise the saving process. Now, when I save, I save twice. The first is always corrupted, but the second is fine.
Frame-Rate Drop
Console: XBox One
Game Version: 1.1.21.0.0
Details: If there are more than three enemies in close quarters, and you switch weapon, reload, or use a healing item from the Quick Access menu (NOT by using the PipBoy) the Frame Rate will drop significantly, and the game will sometimes freeze for between 30 seconds - 2 minutes
Subtitle Issue
Console: XBox One

Details: When talking to NPC's and Companions, sometimes the Talk option doesn't work, and the Companion/NPC will instead walk away from you.
Details: Sometimes subtitles will not work properly, and will remain on the first 'page' of subtitles while the NPC/Companion/Me continues talking.
Update:
The crashing issue seems to have resolved itself, as I've now managed to complete the Mission.
