So I was playing and I am on the quest called "Mankind - Refined" where I have to go talk to Father on the C.I.T ruins. Every single time I talk to him for the past month as soon as he says "I'll be waiting" the game freezes then turns off sending me to the home screen.

I have tried so many things to try to fix it but it is still happening. I have tried:

Turning the console off and on again

Clearing cache

Cleaning the disc several times

Bought a new disc

Re-installing the game on both discs

Loading from a new save

Going back to the quest after doing a lot of side quests

Waiting a while for a patch to fix it

None of these have done anything it seems. I just want to complete the game but I can't due to this bug stopping me for over a month without any fix to it.

If there is any way I can please let me know.
