For some reason every time I try to save my game CTD's (crashes to desktop).

I disabled autosave and I can play the game just fine but for some reason as soon as I save it crashes and the save gets corrupt. It started on the quest:



My last save was inside that cave. I've even tried waiting a couple in game days after the quest doing other stuff and see if that fixes the problem with no luck.

Edit: NVM I went to a save about 2 hours back and it's saving perfectly again. Not sure when/where/how it got corrupted but if it starts doing it again can you guys give me some tips/fixes if there are any?
