wont this effect other visuals in the game?

Other visuals? think no. It was like this before patch 1.9 anyways.

Actually i think the game is perfect now GFX wise... its alot darker because its alot more realistic... finally the game doesn't look like a console port.

If your having low fps after patch 1.9 in dx9 mode try turning vsync off, help me fix the lagging problem.
fps jumped from 20 to 60.
