I tried turning my phone on and off. And tried opening several times over a few days. Then I tried deleting it and saving my acheivements and such. When I redownload everything is gone.

I spent some money on this game and I don't want to start over since it was hard enough to get to the point that I'm at. If anyone could help that'd be great.

If not I'd like my money back for the lunch boxes I purchased.

Contact iTunes support for a refund. Then, and this part is really important, don't spend anymore money on this game.
