Game freezes trying to load games

So my game froze last night when I was playing it, nothing new, I just turned it off and decided I'd pick it up again this morning.
But to my surprise every load file, auto save or not, would freeze in the middle of loading.

Now before anyone gives me tips on
-clearing the system cache
-holding LB+RB+X until the bethesda logo disappears
-deleting the lastest patch
-playing offline
-or clearing up memory on the hard drive

They don't work

now to believe i actually paid full price for the ultimate edition of the game only to play half the game and none of the dlc, is absolutely horrifying.

Are Bethesda or Obsidian actually going to do their duty as a game developer and properly develop a game?
or am I going to have to worry about what I'm actually paying for when I see either of those companies names splattered on a game case?

And to believe 2 days ago I said "If there are two companies you can gaurantee an Incredible game from it's Bethesda and Rockstar," It's nice to know I was half right.

Now I realise i kinda just went on a rant there, but I'm generally pissed. If anyone has any idea how to fix this issue, or maybe (but very unlikely) a Bethesda or Obsidian employee would be kind enough to fill us in on why we can't play previously saved game, or whether or not this game would be much better off traded in.

Sincerely,
Disgruntled Customer
