Game freezes while loading my vault

So since updating the game I can not get into my vault at all, game freezes upon loading. I have 200 dwellers, and a HUGE amount of lunchboxes and have no intention of "starting over" I have spent a large amount of money on this game because I feel like supporting this company and this title, however as of right now I see that money as completely wasted. Please fix this issue immediately (iPhone 5s, 8.2 FW)

I have the same problem. I go to load my vault and soon as it is about to open the game crashes. I had over 100 dwellers, about 12 I had maxed SPECIAL stats. Also spent $15 on Mr. Handy and lunch boxes. On top of that, this is the third time I've had to start a new vault. I'm very disappointed this great game has such a bad glitch. If this does not get resolved I want my money back.

1 week ago death hit my BUFFED up 200 dweller vault! I had poured tons of money into it as well as hundreds of hours of time. I still have it but it fails to load and from what many have said, the idea is this is due to a corrupt save (a Bethesda game trait) which will not be recoverable. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but best outlook is to get a refund from Apple and slowly start over placing no money into a new vault until this ABSURD DISGRACEFUL crash bug is fixed. If it is not fixed by next patch time, I'm leaving my new vault to the wasteland and I suggest all do the same (unless you enjoy putting 100+ hours into a game that will end in an irreversible load crash)...

I'm having the same problem. Since the update when I try to load my vault the app freezes and eventually closes. I have 200 vault dwellers and tons of items and caps. I've spent plenty of money on lunch boxes and would be at a huge loss if the game isn't fixed. It would be a huge bummer to restart and this needs to be fixed.

you only have 90 days to get your money back so DO IT - get every penny you can.
