Wonder if anyone else is or has had this issue, my game will freeze up and limits me to building at my settlements, it happens weather I'm building walls, floors, but mostly with electrical, connecting things together.

Talked with Gamestop and warrantyed out my console, and tryed different disk, and still has the issue, also made a new game and still happens.
