My game freezes every single time I trade with Sergeant Contreras at Camp McCarran, right when I back out of the conversation.

It also freezes when I am roaming the wastelands occasionally. This worries me when I have to do a hard shut down on my machine. I am on my third Xbox because of one type failure or another. It's a slim 250 GB model.

I realize that it's not a huge deal and there's probably nothing to do for it, just wanted to report it. I have all auto saves turned off. I have recently cleared my cashe. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
