Seriously i did spend more than 1 hour trying out every settings in advanced graphical settings
standing on the first scene

everything that was changing is my fps number 0 effect difference for the eye beside the blur
(only thing that have an effect for me)

trying out the settings i was between 46 and 180 fps not moving (depending on settings)


now i did restart the game

frame rate is about always the same even moving each setting from low to ultra

just look like the game is stuck at one of those settings


even if you can read in your game.cfg that the value are saved properly
