Im playing on 1080p and it looks nasty.

Obsidian's art dep is either not very good, or the game was rushed. The exteriors look extremely lacking in detail (huge expanses where you can see repeating textures on the ground), and the gun textures look worse than what you typically see on mod sites.

Fallout 3 on the other hand looks absolutely gorgeous. Very professionally done.
