Having read, it I'll say don;t read it. It is spoilerific. He describes multiple quests he comes across and how he defeats them.
Things I thought were cool.
The AI tactics seem a bit better from his descriptions.
Wolves flanked.
He couldn't take out groups one by one, though maybe after mastering stealth he could.
The conversation system or at least how people think of you felt more organic and less numeric.
Other than that it is just how he went through X quest, he even describes the beginning of the dark brotherhood quest line.
Oh one more thing, he describes the difficulty slider a bit. Changing difficulty only effect combat difficulty, you still level at the same rate and get the same loot. In one of the quests he was getting stomped so he dropped it to novice difficulty and then he could mow through all of the enemies.
From Jkruse's read of it
-No fast travel locations are unlocked from the beginning.
-Water flows and carries bodies/objects.
-Wolves come in packs and flank to attack.
-A faction called the 'Battle-Born'
-Can claim allegiance to factions without joining them (can lie).
-Allegiance allows you to take items freely from that faction under a certain value.
-Simple errands and fetch quests show up as Miscellaneous tasks, not quests, organized separately. Some may become quests as you complete them.
-Difficulty ONLY modifies the challenge of combat, not loot or XP.
