It's kinda embarrassing to say... But some part of me would actually feel a little happy if the cliff racers returned. Though I guess all signs of joy would disappear like one hour into the game.

What's wrong with them? I always thought they were kinda cute

I liked them... once I set it so that the non-diseased ones weren't aggressive. THEN they were nice to have around.

Happy you.. I actually prefer having skyrim like climate where i live.. Makes me more excited about the game

Unrelated to anything, but I just found a mod that gives you Cliff Racer Summons.

Can some crazy modder guy put racers as random enemies in Oblivion, or at least give me some pointers on how to do it?

And I'm all for modding them into Skyrim
