All the gamestops around here tell me the same thing, "it's in my shipment screen, so it should be here sometime this week".

None of you have ANY right to complain. Game Informer's Headquarters are located around Minneapolis/St. Paul, and I live 15 minutes away. Not only did I not receive my copy yet, but neither have any of the stores in my area.

Drive over to their headquarters and demand a your copy, problem solved.

I keep going back to Gamestop every day with no luck.

The amount of gas you spend going to gamestop everyday could buy you a whole subscription.

I am in SW FL and none of the Gamestops or Book stores have it yet. My sub ran out at the tomb raider issue. Just my luck.

I believe our shipments are delayed. It's the newsagent here as my closest eb would be Rockhampton I'd imagine. I was told they expected it on the 14th but it wasn't in today so am going to try again on Wednesday. Fingers crossed the weather holds!

Canada here, and I don't think I've ever seen a Gamestop selling magazines. It's always just been a store that only sells games and game accessories, nothing else.
Any other Canadians want to fill in on this?

I have not been able to find it anywhere else either. I emailed GI support to ask if it is sold any place other than GameStop and they responded:

"Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for contacting GameStop.ca.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase GI one issue at a time. You can only receive issues if a twelve or twenty-four month subscription is purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused."

For what that's worth...

Oh no. Does this mean you can't just buy a single issue? I've got my friend in the states trying to get me one.

At my local one they sold me one. Although, they had to print out a barcode on the spot to scan as it didn't have one. I already have a sub (got it too late to get this issue) so maybe that's why I was able to buy just one.

Mine finally came in yesterday with the "second-to-last-issue" sticker plastered half over the dragon emblem. Guess I gotta go renew my powerup card soon.

You can buy a single issue, but not online. The company will only sell Subscriptions online.

Here's the thing that I am wondering. I assumed all along that I had no hope of getting mine in the mail this month since I didn't subscribe until around mid december. However, I got the January issue mailed to me last friday. Soooo,... does that mean that maybe that have me in the system and that I could be getting mine any day now? When I hear of other subscribers who still haven't gotten theirs, it makes me think it might be possible.. :mellow:

I've never seen an EBgames that doesn't sell magazines.

I've also never seen an actual Gamestop store in Canada.

Edit* They might just have the magazines in a back room or behind the counter. If you ask for it, they'll probably be able to get it for you.
