I am actually looking for help myself. I have uninstalled and installed the game 4 times. Each time creating a new underground. Then every time I invest so much time it crashes.

I have tried for a day to open it, without uninstalling AGAIN. No luck, still won't open. I am using a Samsung tablet 10.1. I can't seem to find help anywhere.

My girlfriend had the same problem on an Android device. On the other hand, I'm using Bluestacks on the PC and the game didn't crash a single time, 85 dwellers, 8 full floors. I'd definitely recommend playing it on some emulator instead of iOS or Android, at least for now.

I have been having this same problem on my android device. It crashes shortly after opening right after showing the bethesda logo. I did manage to get a refund for my lunchboxes and mr handy purchases from google play, but they told me that this was a one time courtesy and they will not do it again in the future. So, that being said, if I do end up getting this game running again, I will not be making any more purchases since Bethesda seems to want to make no effort to protect it's players.

I've been getting the same problem for 3 days. It crashes just after the Bethesda loading screen. This only started after I purchased 2 Mr. Handy's. I'm on a ZTE android.

i'm on my 18th vault. keep having to delete and start over. i want to buy lunchboxes, but there is no way i'm just going to throw away money seeing what i've seen so far. i'm happy for people who can play, but that doesn't help me. : (

It may sound annoying but try using this app called "ES File Explorer"

I've just been copying and pasting the game file to backups as a safe guard just in case. I recently restarted my vault also and yes I had made previous purchases also. So far using this app has worked for me
