I am on an iPad 4 32 gig. I reached near the bottom. Game became very unstable, then it wouldn't launch at all. Even after reboot and an attempt to recover, all, including 20 of the remaining 40 lunch boxes I purchased were lost.

The following I noticed before the crash. Animation became jerky, zooming went out of control when fires, raids, and rad roach attacks took control of what you were doing. Game would just quit often. Then wouldn't launch at all. I contacted Apple, no refund. Period. I have attempted to contact Bethesda, no response yet.

I had more than 68 dwellers, but a lot of rooms, maybe too many. Apple legal and Bethesda legal conflict with each other. I love Fallout, but this game needs more work in the advanced stages, final stages...

I have the same issue and have previously bought lunchboxes and logged many houses in the app. I think about 30 dwellers as of last play.

Same problem here. It seems to use extremely much CPU and Ram. This should be optimated

I just reached 102 dwellers and 92% happiness last night.. Then i tried to open the game today, but it does'nt even want to get past the first screen of loading and then the app close itself..!!! It's kind of lame playing a game i putted real money on and then it wont work after 1 week of playing...


You guys might also want to look at the forever pregnant women bug..!!


I tried reboot my ipad2, ios8.3, hard close to, but nothing works. I've been told not to uninstall because i would loose lunch boxes and maybe more stuff like dwellers and special items..

I'm having the same issue. 103 dwellers. Doesn't load.

So I've played Fallout Shelter for Android for 5 days now and suddenly the game won't launch. The first loading screens appear but when the main menu is supposed to pop up the game just shuts down. Anyone else have this problem? How to fix this? I really don't want to lose my 3 vaults.

Did you try all the obvious basic troubleshooting?


Turn phone off....take battery out for a minute....reboot...


Then run a memory cleaner like Clean Master or something...


Then try it?

Yes, I contacted Bethesda support and they told me to here for help. I have the same problem and i hope it can be fixed because a hour before it stoped working i spent 20$ on lunch boxs. if it dosent work then I will be angry because I spent alot of money on this game just to watch a bug destroy it.

Same thing happened twice on my phone, Fallout Shelter crashes upon starting up for a few seconds every time I launch the after app. Please fix this issue Bethesda, otherwise, we're going to keep asking for refunds and start uninstalling your game. If you guys want to keep losing money; people will also start filing lawsuits as well, Bethesda, so please work fast on your next patch as your reputation with the community goes down.

I'm having the same problem, it started this morning for me too actually. I believe I was at 83 dwellers and I had no problems yesterday. Another thing that svcks is I had been playing 7 days in a row.. So I would've gotten a free lunch box today. Hoping this is only temporary and not forever

Same problem. Got the 5 Mr. Handy pack and 40 lunch boxes, with 78 dwellers. I checked the save file on my phone, and it was 0 kb, so I assume it got corrupted somehow. I won't be getting that vault back, but I sure do hope Bethesda will compensate me for my purchases in some way.

Such a waste, just put money on the game, everything was ok and out of a sudden it's all gone, let me know if anyone get a refund or anything.

That seems like quite a copout to those of us who spent good $$ on a game we can no longer play. You offer no advice on how to fix the problem or remuneration so we can start over (or walk away from it only frustrated,...........not frustrated,broke and bad mouthing Bethesda all over the net).


The only other option presented here is to copy-paste someone else's save and HOPE it don't happen again...

.........without spending $$ this time. ( though that's not working for me either.)

I've spent a total of $57.95 on this game... just hit 150 followers... I want a fix or a refund. This is total bull. So much time and money, just so the app crashes every single time without fail right before launch. I've been following Bethesda for years, but you're on the verge of burning an incredible amount of fans, especially new ones.

That's the response from Google Play. Basically, either Bethesda gives your money back or screw you.

How about addressing the users who've spent money on your product, for it to collapse under them and lose ALL their [censored] purchases?

Yeah, your lack of cloud save is appalling, costing your users real world money and will lead to really unhappy punters.

I am one of those punters - and I was pushed off to Google to obtain a refund - as opposed to supporting me as a customer.

I should add, Google DID refund me for your shoddy inapp purchases and ultimately broken app, but they wont ever refund me for any store purchase again, so my faith in any purchase on the store is gone. If you can't trust Bethesda with your money... well... dayum

If they can't even get a simple app game to work, just imagine how screwed up Fallout 4 will be. My advice is,don't pre-order Fallout 4, or if you have, cancell your order.
