Hey, I'm having a problem with one of my mods and I'm wondering if it's my load order? it's not exactly a "crash" as the "Not Responding" box doesn't pop up, the game just closes down randomely as if I exited out.
Anyway, here's my load order

Which version of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch are you using. Also why you are not using the other unofficial patches.
Are you using Loot.

I'm up to date with the unofficial patch, and I'm not currently using loot but I'm gonna download it now to see if it sorts it out

According to loot, everything is in order and there's no issues, my game still closes down however

Well the unofficial patch is in the wrong location it should be right after the update.esm
How was the unofficial patch installed.

I just used Nexus Mod Manager, should I have installed manually?

What is the version number of the unofficial patch? Since loot should be placing the unofficial patch right after the update.esm.
Are you able to move the unofficial patch to the correct location.

The version is 2.1.2 and I moved it right after Update.esm and it's still crashing to desktop

To OP dumb question here but, after starting up LOOT are you hitting the "sort plugins" button? Repost your load order after LOOT has sorted your mods. (hint: in NMM, on the left pane you can export your load order to a txt file and then just copy paste that here in spoiler tags)
Edited to add that I also recommend using the unofficial patches for the DLC's as well along with the USKP
