So it's come to my attention the game has 15 main quests and only 14 side missions, anyone else think this is a pretty low number?

Yesterday, I read on here that there would be 70 side quests. That's a lot. Either way I don't know and I'll be finding out on Tuesday morning and Veteran's Day.

Yeah, first post, and there's people making posts all over the web trying to spoil things... I'm not buying it.

I thought the official stance was that there is 400 hours of game play, missions and alike. I know i spent about 150hrs on FO3 and only got through about 40% of the GOTY edition, and there were more missions than that.

Cannot see it being such a low number of missions given the size and complexity of games in 2015.

Just trolls seeking attention elsewhere on the web I suspect (or should that read "hope"?)

I have no source on mine, do you maybe have a source on the 70 side quests though?

BTW the 15 side quests was from a couple of posts on the steam fallout 4 forums, so I'm not sure if I believe them or not.

I don't get what you mean, if I wanted to spoil something I wouldn't put a vaque headline and a spoiler warning =/.

I doubt it has so few side quest. I'm shocked the main story is that long. Bethseda stories don't seem long.

yeah unless they have the strat guilde and they quoting from the book, its fiction

you don't have always make more content but if you make less thats sure fire way to destroy your franchise.

My last NV playthrough with everything but the DLCs was about 50 hours, and I was dead fast. Skipping a lot of dialogue that I have heard before and so forth. Could have stretched that to 100 hours with the DLCs I guess. At my speed though, mind you.

The last Fallout 3 playthrough had me occupied for 50 hours as well, again no DLCs, but I still had a ton of quests to do and locations to visit. Probably around 120 hours all in all.

I did find out some new things like quests and so forth in NV as well, so that was really cool. Then I guess, Fallout will be the same so 100 hours for the first playthrough so that will be alright. However Skyrim, the last installment, kept me longer, probably 100 hours per playthrough and still not having seen all. This is partly due to misc quests and other repeatable tasks.

Let's try and keep the discussion of blatantly leaked info to minimum. Plenty of time for this after the 10th.
