is there a list or does somebody know all the game modifiers and what they effect?

i know standard ist standard o.O
pro is without hud and more damage
classic was without nanosuites if im not wrong

but there are more, arent there?

theres Solo which doesnt allow squads and fast rounds which is quick intervals between matches

I think there is one called New Recruits which puts a rank limitation on who can join. Not sure what the highest rank is allowed to join.
