For some reason, black NPC's on my game got their faces retextured, but not the body. The result was creppy, every black NPC on my game got their faces turned into white color. LOL, even PC's like Sunny Smiles, Easy Pete, Major Knight and others got their faces even more retextured to the white color. Everybody is looking like albino now. LMFAO. Some pics:

My game does some dumb retextures too. Usually at the FotA place. Every so often one of the guards has a white body but a black face or vice versa.

I had this same problem with a mod called New Vegas Character Expansions, are you on the PC and using something like this?

Only World of Pain. The others are just for places and extra items.

It's just the Vegas peeps have became albino, nothing else.
Also Roger's Invitation is from a mod, maybe mods are affecting your game.
Delete them one by one and start up the game each time you delete one to see which one is affecting your albino babies.

Sure they are. Homever, i' more worried with the constant crashes and freezes. The albino retextures are kinda funny.

What freezes/crashes, do you mean from the vailla game or with the mods added it crashes/freezes more?

Even without mods and with the last in-game patch installed the game crashes alot. So i decided to use some mods that i already used before to enchance my playtrought. Homever, with mods the game still crashes constantly (obvious) but the non-vanilla crashes are avoidble. So i decided to buy Fallout 3: Game of the Year edition again since i'd never experienced problems with Fallout 3 while waiting for 05/15.
