Game review? :D

looks pretty legit to me :)
Graphic violence, tons of prosttutes, six slaves, and binge drinking are all covered in the official details, which you can read below:

Rating summary: This is a fantasy role-playing game in which players assume the role of Dovakin, a prophesied figure with the power to combat dragons in the fictional world of Skyrim. As players traverse through mountainous open-world environments, they complete missions and quests that impact the eventual fate of their character. Players use swords, bows and arrows, axes, and magic attacks (e.g., fireballs, ice shards) to kill various enemies (e.g., wolves, dragons, human bandits and soldiers).

As players engage in melee-style combat, some sequences are highlighted by slow-motion effects, particularly for decapitations. Large blood-splatter effects also occur during combat, and some environments are stained with blood or body parts (e.g., heads impaled on spikes). Some sequences allow players to injure/kill non-adversary characters, including prisoners chained to a wall; they scream in pain amid splashes of blood or fire.

As the game progresses, the dialogue and on-screen text contains references to sixual material (e.g., “. . . all the [censored]s your heart, or any other organ, desires,” “She . . . [censored] the men as cruelly as Bal had ravished her,” and “Remember when you thought [he] was . . . intent on making you . . . into his personal six slave?”).

Alcohol such as wine, mead, and ale can be purchased and consumed by players' character throughout the game; and in one sequence, players can engage in a drinking contest with another character, which eventually results in slurred speech (e.g., “One more. No problemsh . . . Thash graqe!”).-via gameinformer

I think that it was probably in the game for quite a while, but as Pete said, he didn't even know about it until a few days ago

This, seriously. It's reeeeeally starting to remind of the Robert E. Howard Conan stories... and I think that's a damned good thing! It's very fitting for a setting like Skyrim, home to the rough and tumble northern folk. I don't know about using words like those, that are censored, if they are what I think they are... but I'm sure it will fit anyway. Regardless of how much six themes are in the game, which should be ample due to the harsh atmosphere, I think that drinking game seems very promising.

I'm still trying to figure out what those censored words are, though... I guess my imagination svcks or I probably would know what it would be by now. o.o

Slaves? Chained to walls? six Slaves? Castles?

Yep, gonna have some fun.

Some really good fun indeed.

Edit: I hope I will be able to have my personal Castle, with a dungeon, and all those slaves making me my breakfast, wash my clothes, polish my weapons, especially my sword, and making sure that my bed is warm when I get ready for it. And them being all female. :hubbahubba:

Oh, okay. So my fears were true about the second one... interesting. If it truly is the word that I think they're using, I don't believe I have ever seen that referenced before in the Elder Scrolls. The first one I didn't get at all, though, doh! Thanks.

Sure

It does take a notion that would not be out of place in the environment of Skyrim, and put it right out there.

That doesn't mean that we will stumble upon one in progress, more likely the victim will give us a quest to OFF the perp after the fact.

it does bring up an interesting idea about role-playing a black widow. Luring would-be violators into a dark ally and setting them on fire.

Yeah, it's a copy paste from elsewhere. I actually sorry to see over-the-top violence being included - a decapitation move adds absolutely nothing to my fantasy RPG gameplay - it's not like attacking a raider in FO3, cuz those guys are baaaastards. But these games have always had concepts, stories, sometimes art, etc., that were not for the kiddies. Hopefully I can (or will) ignore the over the top nonsense.

Also, I revised the topic title, sorry. We try to keep the censored stuff out of thread titles. :)

Just reading some of the replies on this topic is disturbing. You people are depraved to say the least.

Although, on topic. I am glad to see that this TES game will still include all of the grit and realistism. I will have fun defending the weak from the likes of all you.

People liking the darker fantasy in the game makes them depraved? Or were you refering to something else?

Anywho, I too am glad for the darkness, grit, and realism like you, albeit for differing reasons....

from what I hear decapitation is available as a perk in the one handed, and possibly 2 handed weapon trees, so it's certainly possible to avoid speccing into that if you don't like it.
