So it has started as the "black sqreen" problem. Then i switched to borderless window and realised that the game actually runs, tho i cant see the window.
It doesnt matter if window is borderless or not. I can move in game, i can act and stuff, but the only way for me to see the game is to move the pointer to FO4 icon at the taskbar.

i7 16gb ram MSI notebook with GTX860m. Latest driver, beta patch, compability mode, running as admin.
