Hi Guys,

I'm new here. Since I had no support and got a generic response, I'll try here.

My previous 6-8 saves are all corrupt. What happens is that when I go to load the save during the loading screen it freezes and kicks me out of the game.

Previous steps to fix (it's a digital download):

- Deleted and redownloaded Gamertag

- Restarted console.

- Cleared local saved data.

I used no mods, nor have I ever used mods.

Console is up to date with about 30gb free storage.

I was fighting Alduin when it started to freeze. Once it froze I tried to load the save. No joy.

Guys any help with this would be great as I'm after losing hours of progress and thousands of coins. Bethesda have been less than helpful. I took the time to write them a lengthy email and all I got was generic response saying they can't help me. Probably a ploy to get me to sign up here or it's their way of saying I'm [censored] which I don't really appreciate.

Is there any workarounds for this or anything I can do fix it?

At least some info on how to avoid this happening again. As far as I'm aware I did nothing to instigate a corrupt save file. I was playing and the game just crashed by itself Could this be an Xbox issue or is it Bethesda? I've never had this happen to me on any other game on this console and I've played a sizable amount of games on my Xbox One.

Feeling furious and ripped-off. Bethesda all ready go my money though.
