As you can probably tell, I quite like this game, or at least that's what my 14 ingame days says anyway!

How do I know it's shooped? How about the fact that the second best player (AI) only built 205 units? (and lost 530 :rolleyes: Don't get me wrong, the "lost" count is always a bit higher than the "built" count, due to paratroopers, free soldiers from boxes and turned units (yuri), but those numbers are just a bit too much.)

In 6 hours 45 minutes? I think not. Also, that's an insanely long game, either you really svck at this game or you were trying to drag it out.

Not to mention the fact that it does say 00:46:10, can't blame the low quality for that. Those are definitely two zeros, not a zero and a six.

Sorry pal, but there is no way that's a real screenshot.

Technically it is a stargate but it has nothing to do with the movie/show

Haven't played X3 but I did play X2 and it was awesome

Well it's not. I like long RA2YR games. I love messing with the AI's. Also the blue player is always America in my game which means Paratroopers which do not count as built units but do count as loses. Heh. I've played so many long drawn out games that I may have mixed them up. To me 45 minutes is a really short game

Edit: You where right. I showed it to one of my friends that was here and she "reminded" me that I had shopped one of the zeros in the hour timer from a 6 to a 0 for an April Fools joke a few years back :blush: My bad.

Playing the new epic fanmade http://www.ihatemountains.com/ Left4Dead campaign, from the makers of Portal: Prelude.

This campaign is fantastic. It has everything. Survivors talking to each other, commenting on their environment, funny writings on the walls in saferooms... And the level design is great. Especially in the Church, where there are mutliple ways to get up to the top. Even though the campaign is fairly linear (as that's how the game works pretty much) there are quite often multiple paths. And the maps also have some slight randomisation.

It's pretty balanced difficulty-wise, and it works on both Campaign and Versus mode. Highly recommend it. It took over a year to make and that shows.

http://www.ihatemountains.com/ I'd say it is at least as good as the official campaigns, if not better. There's a L4D2 port but that misses the survivor comments and may have other odd stuff.

Okay so I have horrible performance issues with the latest patch, when I could run the game at very high settings with the 1.0.4.0 patch, but at least Rockstar finally got the shadows to look good. Guess what's causing the performance drop...

And as I'm sure the new patch purposely broke all the scripthooks and mods again I'll have a look and see if there's anything left of their modding community and those fun mods I used before... Gotta love Rockstar.

How is the game?

It seems like a fun game but like someone else said it only runs on one core for some reason. This then causes some issues. Also like I said I'm stuck on that part, not sure where to go. If I go outside I have a limited time or else I'll freeze to death.

Seeing those Halo 3 screenshots reminded me I have one or two from when I played.
