Ok so. Here are my specs: AMD FX 4100 3.6GHZ - GTX 660 2gb - Gygabyte 78lmt-usb3 rev 4.1(Motherboard) - 1tb seagate hardrive - 8gb ram(Don't know the make)

I have seen people running this game on higher settings than me with 4k textures and an enb.I my render distance is very low and the game is on medium I use 0 texture mods and a couple gameplay mods nothing too heavy. Can any of you give me some tips on how to run the game faster? It mostly lags in cities and places with lots of people so its my cpu holding me down.

But in the pic im standing outside of the jarl's castle thing and im getting 33 fps but my cpu usage is 41% while my gpu is 31%. Why is that?

That's very difficult to answer. There are dozens of ENBs out there.

First of, at which resoluton do you play (with or without AA+AF) ???

There isn't a precise answer to this, aside from "The game and drivers just don't".

I do not know what mods you have installed, but i have the same GPU, and theoretically a weaker processor, but my frame- rates are near to 60 on cities.

I use 4 mods, and i play at 1920x1080 (high settings - 2x AA, 2xAF)

Start by turn off shadows and DoF for starters they're the biggest cullers of framerate, then see. With 4K textures and that card you'd be running out of Vram long before then.

I play in 1920x1080 af and aa turned off. If your processor is intel then i beats mine. Even the duo cores beat my processor on most games.
