Game slows down while looking to certain direction

I've been trying to solve this problems for two days without any luck, so I decided to post it on this forum to see if someone have had any similar experience and could help me.

It started to happen when I left Freeside from the North Gate, and the problem is that when my character looks at certain direction of the wasteland, for example north, the fps go down and she looks like she's in some kind of slow motion mode, and when I look to other side, the game runs like always. When she's inside buildings or closed zones like Freeside or the Strip it doesn't happen, it's just in the Mojave Wasteland.

I don't know why it started to happen, I played for 30 hours without problems and when I left Freeside after completing G.I. Blues, heading to Jacobstown to heal Rex, this started to happen. I had mods to improve performance, Fallout NV 4GB and NVAC, then I installed New Vegas Stutter Remover to see if it could fix the "glitch" or "bug" buit it didn't solve anything.

I've reinstalled the game to see if the problem was something related to a mod, but it keeps slowing down while looking to that direction without any mod installed. The truth is that wiouth any mod installed the fps drop isn't so huge, it keeps slowing down but not as much as when I had mods installed.

I've updated the drivers from the computer too, and it didn't help neither. My computer is a Acer Aspire V3-571G with a i7 processor, 8GB of RAM and a Nvidia Geforce GT 640M graphic card with 2 GB dedicated.

Thank you very much for reading, I hope that anyone can help me, this just broke my game experience. And sorry if I didn't explain the problem well, my english isn't very good.
