I had a problem with a mod that soft crashes the game whilst doing a quest in the 'Fighters Guild'.
The quest is 'The Noble's Daughter'. When I approach Lord Rugdump house the game soft crashes on me.
So I started the process of elimination.
Further note I done this day and night and left a companion behind just in case she is the course of it. Also I do it with fast travel.
First I deactivate Atmospheric Weather 2.10. No it wasn't it. I reactivate it.
Second I deactivate Enhanced Weather including Darker Nights 80%. No It wasn't it. I reactivate them.
Third I deactivate OOO 1.33. No it wasn't it (lucky I did not save). I reactivate it.
Fourth I deactivate censor patch of NPC New Cloths V2.0. It was it. I am able to get into Lord Rugdump Estate without crashing and started the next phase of the quest.
I like to know has anyone had that problem?
I have the full game and all patched up including unofficial patches.

I might do an update just in case I'm wrong.

I've never used it, but the obvious question (as you're not mentioning it) is if you have installed all the required mods for it?

Why are you using AWS with EW?!? Do you bother reading readmes? It specifically states in EW's (and probably AWS's too) that it is incompatible with any other weather mod. Going by that, if you managed to miss that, you've probably managed to miss a heap of stuff which is more likely to have more damaging effects.

Go through all your mods and read their readmes and install instructions again, you might spot what's causing your problem.

EDIT: Sorry if I'm being a bit short, but I can't stand giving people information that's pretty important for the stability of their game, and them just ignoring it, and then having the gall to ask for help. If I had a penny for every time I had to tell someone something I'd already put in the readme, I could buy myself a very nice lunch. I'm aware that your problem is probably unrelated to the AWS/EW thing, but it does weight the odds against you being completely free of fault for your problems.

I deactivate the censor patch of NPC new cloths V.2 and the game did not crash and I able complete the quest without any problems.
I notice something in Buma wish I took a picture of. There is a bodyless man walking around. I don't know that censer patch caurse or no. I find later.

As for the weather mods the only issue I have with it (its not game breaking and the game is not crashing) is the heavy haze from afar. I decide to leave like that for the moment. Its adds to the atmosphere.

About the haze from afar thing.....Are you running Streamline? If so that's a feature of SL. I agree with you somehow makes the world seem bigger. You can turn it off in the SL.ini to check if it's a weather mod thing or just SL doing what it's meant to.

I don't have Streamline because I don't need it. The game is running stable. I used to had issue once that the game is hard crashing the computer randomly and I install SL. It did make a bit of difference but it was still hard crashing. I found out later I had unstable power supply and replaced it. After that SL no longer needed.
