Game Specs for PC?

Hey title says it all, im just curious about the specs for PC. I can imagine it will be relatively intense and im not really worried about it because i just upgraded but im still curious as to the exact specs if there are any.

Out of curiosity is it abnormal for them to not be released only a month 1/2 before actual game release? I only ask because ive never really followed a game closely b4 release.
