Hey, super annoying problem with new vegas on through steam. My frame rate runs around 75 when i want it at a normal 60. The whole game speeds up like turbo and other forums say it is due to the high frame rate. I have no mods(except one trying to limit frame rate but didn't work), tried limiting the frame rate through the monitor(set to either 60 or 59) and system (set to the same), but nothing changes the frame rate nor the speed back to a normal level. Help?

Make sure vSync is enabled.

Vsync is on unfortunately, unless there is another way to get it on other than from the new vegas options in the start up menu.
