So I did a fresh install of new vegas to see if it'd help with the game crashing on loadscreens, re-doing all my mods etc etc. But when I start the game it starts on my "second" monitor, though all other fullscreen games still start on my primary.

The odd part is, when I go and swap my screen priorities, FNV still starts on the second screen even though it's currently my primary at that time.

Any ideas why the game is starting on one screen specifically, no matter what I do? No issues until the fresh re install.
