Ok so ive encountered this problem multiple times were the loading screen dont load the game an it only happens when im returning from Solsthiem either by fast travel or by boat an its stayed like that for more then 30 minutes.

Everything is fine when i go to Solsthiem an when i travel anywhere else its just returning to skyrim where it stays on it which then causes me to have to reboot my pc because it wont let me ctrl+tab out of it.

You actually CAN ctrl+alt+delete out of it, be sure to set the task manager to "always on top". As for the issue itself, I've never heard of it. I've heard of loading screen freezes when leaving/entering an interior or freezes with spells or effects in combat but I've never heard of it being caused by fast travel. Always use troubleshooting steps and disable all mods on a fresh game save to find the source of the problem.

I tried that too i even tried pressing the windows button i even brought up the steam tab thinking id be able to exit via that but nope.

The funny thing is though that when i reload it and try it works providing i reload the game as soon as the pc boots up.

I knew that eff caused a problem like that but i disabled an deleted that the first time it happened.
