My issue is my game crashes within the first moments of openning. The game used to be able to load in the vault before crashing but now it won't even get there. I can open a new vault but starting over for a second time is not an option.
I emailed support with my phone specs and everything and before even helping me they marked it as resolved. Really? The issue is still there and this makes me angry. In fact the issue is worse. Whose definition of resolved is this?
Why start again if i'll just lose all my work a 3rd time. If this doesn't get fixed where I can access my vault, I'm done.
