I've clocked over 488 hours into this game and this is the first issue I've encountered which has prevented me from playing.

I've literally tried every possible solution I know of to combat the issue but I am at a loss on how to fix it.

Basically: My resolution within the game is stuck at a very low setting, despite both my launcher settings and FalloutPrefs settings being at 1680x1050.

I am currently running with no mods active, not even DLC, yet this problem still persists.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Or has anyone a solution for this extremely annoying issue?
