Can anyone help me?

In mission 11, after destroy a tripod machine, there is a new objective as rejoin Chino at the vehicles.

Two cars come from a broken wall and some military jump off the cars. One of them have a blue dot. I guess he is Chino... When I put my self in front of him, nothing happens... And the mission never ends. The game stucks. I can move around the map, but I cannot fire a weapon or explode any grenades or C4. I can take one car.

I watched a you tube video of a walkthrough and Chino speak something to end the mission, but in my game it never occurs.

I updated the game to 1.9, high textures patch and DX11. I have a AMD Phenon II X6, Nvidia GT240, 4GB RAM, DX11 e W7 64 bits.

Please, can anyone tell me what I must do?
