Game of the year Disc 2 installed with "old" game

Hey Guys,

I had problems installing my Game of the Year edition game (disc1), kept getting the "cyclic redundancy check" error. I bought this one only for the expansions, as I already had the game itself, so I installed the game I previously bought and Disc 2 from the GotY pack. It all installed fine but I'm not sure if the downloadable content is gonna work in this case? I made a new character and have just left the Vault, but didn't get any messages about downloadable content :shakehead:
Do I have to get the GotY disc 1 sorted to make it work? Is the game from GotY edition any different from the regular game?

Thanks!

K.

Nevermind, I made it work! I just realised I had to tick the expansions boxes in Data Files. It works great with the old game, sweet :)

A CRC error means there is a problem in reading the data. You can look at it as your computer putting a secret password at the end of data, and if that password isn't correct when the computer goes to use that data, then there is a problem.
