BTW, if I may, I'd like to make a suggestion.
IMO the NUMBER ONE question that EVERY new purchaser of ALL games asks is "Are there any patches, and if so, which patches are applicable to which versions." I mean, IMO this is the MOST IMPORTANT question. Later comes installation or driver questions and then later still comes gameplay questions. But I'd bet that most folks, like me, immediately upon purchasing a new game wonders if there are patches for it so as to ensure they have the absolute latest version to include all fixes up to date.
So, IMO, every game company should have in their forums, a sticky that lists all relevant patch information. Including perhaps FAQ about patches. Such as my question above. I know speaking for myself this would make the initial experience with a new game MUCH simpler. I've found that just finding out if there is a patch and if so which patch is relevant to which version is sometimes very difficult. IMO companies would do well by having this basic information as readily available as possible.
Thanks for the opportunity to voice my frustration about my experience with MOST new games, not just Fallout 3.
