Says I cant do anything like sleep or craft when enemies are nearby.. but there arent any. Hell I just vertibirded into Sanctuary.. last combat I saw was on the other side of the map.

Any fixes for this?

EDIT: I solved this by fast traveling back and forth across the map a few times.. i think what happened is that I shot up an ally down on the ground somewhere with the minigun along the way, and it entered into combat mode despite the enemies being miles and miles away from where I landed.

If you crouch, are you green (hidden) or red?

If you're red, try waiting until you turn green.

If you are green, try finding an enemy somewhere else to fight, kill them and see if you exit combat mode then.

I've read that some have fast traveled out and back and resolved similar problems - though the message referred to being in combat mode, not having enemies about.
