I just finished my 24 hour install and tried to open the game. I pressed play the screen pops up with play, options, support, exit. I click play then it brings me to the opening sequence with the old film reel starts playing then the whole game closes out. Its the same every time I try it. I then tried support and found the link to update my video drivers. I did that and it still wont open. to be completely honest I am not good with computers and most of what I read on support forums looks like gibberish to me. please help me as I would really like to enjoy the $60 dollar game I purchased and not have to fight for a refund...
