I cannot get the game to change resolution. I tried going into fallout4.ini, but it is not there. In fact the whole fallout 4 file is missing from documents/mygames. i've run the game several times, uninstalled/reinstalled, validated through steam and nothing. any solutions?

anyone? i really want to play
