I didn't see this one. Maybe I missed it. The game WON'T LOAD AT ALL! I added the game to my my XBox 360 game library. All I get is a black screen. I put the disc in, same thing. I just get a black screen on my TV. No music or noise in the background. I have to turn off or unplug the Xbox to get back to the dashboard. Other games are fine, its just Fallout New Vegas. Fallout 3 had problems with freezing up. I could deal with that, but I can't even go back and start again. I was getting problems with the Xbox reading the disc, it was telling me to clean the disc. But there was nothing wrong with it. I hope they solve these problems soon. I love the games, but I'm not sure I'm gonna buy another Fallout. Or any other titles.

If it has trouble reading the disc then it might not have installed properly. So uninstall and try again.
If your xbox was struggling to read the disc then that's an xbox problem. No game patch will fix that.
It could also be a faulty disc. Just because a disc looks clean and scratch free doesn't mean it isn't faulty. Again a game patch will not fix that.
Another possiblilty is your 360 might have a dirty lens so you could try a DVD lens cleaner.
