i have a live account and everything i think its ether the framework or at one point it told me i have to select a storage device or i cannot auto save but the start up screen will load and ill perss new and yes then the load screen will come on and then itll go black and say fallout 3 not working so i just shutdown the program. help anyone?

Post a dxdiag.
XP: Go to Start->run, type “dxdiag” and hit enter. Click the Save All Information button near the bottom right. This will save a Dxdiag.txt in C:\ by default. Then open the dxdiag.txt and copy/paste the information into your post.
