I have the same problem, what is most annoying is that i was playing the game fine yesterday.

I would like this to be fixed so i can play the 60 dollar game i payed for.

Give it a minute or so, the STeam version's loading time has been increased since the patch but they're working to fix it. If you give it a minute, the game will start as normal
