I completed Nuclear Family a while ago and solidified the Institute's control over Bostan, the problem is that no one aside from people in the Institute have noticed. When I walk around the Institute all the scientists will acknowledge me as director and give their condolences but in the outside world nothing has changed. There are no synths in Diamond City (nor noticeably more patrols in the wasteland), no relevent radio broadcasts and no NPC dialogue related to it. Speaking to Piper does not even trigger her disapproving speech, it's as if after about an in game week, news still hasn't gotten out. Anyone encounter this before?
