Skyrim

Morrowind

Daggerfall

Minecraft

Mount & Blade: Warband

Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword (not as much as Warband but enough to be of note)

XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Enemy Within

WoW: Haven't played in years due to changes I didn't like but spent hundreds if not thousands of hours playing with no regret.

SIMS: I think 2 and 3

Kerbal Space Program (if you like space with real"ish" physics, keyword "KSP and Scott Manley into youtube and you may have found a new game to play)

X3: Albion Prelude & Terran Conflict (would love to play these two even longer but the game (or possible my computer) lags to about 6 frames per second after the game has been running for awhile)

Probably a lot of others I forgot about as well.
