Will The Elder Scrolls Online for the PC recognize controllers or gamepads?

ESO is coming out for console platforms so theirs no reason they shouldn't make the PC version recognize controllers like the Xbox 360 or the Razer Sabertooth controller and its extra button functions.

I am currently using a program called Xpadder to play my Razer Sabertooth controller for the ESO beta but it does not recognize the 6 extra buttons it has. Is there anyway to get Elder Scrolls or Xpadder to recognize the extra buttons for this controller?

No. You will need third party software to map the game pad to keyboard commands. Hunt around here and you will find many people who have posted their configurations.
