I have played fallout shelter right after it came out and have no problems minus the occasional crash/close. But on 8/18 when I try to open it up on my iPad Air, with the new update, it instantly crashes. I would be happy to uninstall it and reinstall, but I spent $10 on lunch boxes during the July 4th special, and I don't want to lose that money.


Has anyone figured out this problem? Or is there a way to save my vaults?

This is happening to me too on my iPad 2. i don't know why and I've spent money on it too. someone please help

Your device isn't actually supported unfortunately, so you're probably going to continue to have issues. iPad 3 and up is required.

That still doesn't address what's happening with my iPad Air, so it could be a related issue, or maybe not.

if you have spent money on this app and it crashes, go to the apple store and request a refund. it does not matter what device you used - the devs know what device you are using and sold you the stuff anyway. apple will give you back everything you've spent over the last 90 days, so don't delay.
